Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Please note Free Delivery only applies to U.K Mainland, all other delivery is charged at cost price.
The following U.K postcodes do not qualify for free delivery (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA68-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, FK17-99, G83, DD8-10) cost of delivery to any of these postcodes is charged as follows
Under 2Kg is £3.99 including V.A.T
Over 2Kg is £12.99 including V.A.T

Next day delivery is charged at £10.99+ V.A.T for goods over 2Kg. Please note that once goods have been dispatched on a next day delivery we cannot accept any responsiblity if the goods are late or not delivered in time & we will not be held be responsible for any damage or lose incurred & cannot refund any postage fee in part or full.

Free Delivery is 4-5 Working Days on most items.-
Please note all International Delivery is charged at cost price & is charged seperately from your order.

Southern Ireland: All parcels between the weights of 2Kg-19Kg will be charged at a flat rate of £21.99+ Vat.

Please note that some items we sell, can't always be dispatched in our Free Delivery time of 4-5 working days:

Jama Original Exhaust: When a system is out of stock & on back order there may be a delay or 4-6 weeks. When a jama is out of stock you will be informed by email, with the option of cancelling the order or placing it on back order. If an item is on back order no payment will be taken until the part becomes available & you will then be contacted before dispatch.

Predator Exhausts: All Predator Exhausts are made to order & are treated as a special orders, please see our returns policy. The delivery time on most items will be upto 28 working days.

Skidmarx Fairing: All Skidmarx fairing is made to order & are treated as a special order, please see our returns policy. The delivery time on most items will be upto 28 working days.

Motad Sports Silencers: are usually delivered within our Free Delivery time of 4-5 working days but some silencers may take upto 7-14 working days.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 4-5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Special Orders: ie: products not normally held in stock or which have to be made for the customer, can only be returned if the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly. All orders which cannot be delivered within our free delivery time of 4-5 working days are considered to be special orders & are subject to the terms above regarding special orders.
We reserve the right to refuse goods for credit which have been specially ordered or manufactured.
All parts ordered incorrectly will incur a 20% restocking charge & carriage charges cannot be refunded.
If the error is ours, returned parts will be refunded in full. Please note that it is entirely your responsibility to order the correct parts for the correct model.
All parts returned must arrive back with us no later than 2 weeks after dispatch, after this time goods cannot be returned for credit or refund & it is the senders responsibility to ensure that they are well enough packed to survive transport.
Shortages & damaged goods must be advised within 48 hours of receipt of parcel & damaged packaging retained.
Before returning any goods to us for what ever reason, you must first contact us by telephone:01432 850055 or email sales@lm-spares.co.uk to obtain a returns reference number.
All returned items for credit or refund, must be returned to us in the same condition they were dispatched in & in their undamaged original packaging
